For this coloured frosting recipe, you will need:

1 egg white

150g organic confectioner’s sugar LA PATELIERE

1 teaspoon lemon juice

A few drops of liquid food colouring LA PATELIERE

In a bowl, beat egg whites slightly. Add confectioner’s sugar and beat until the mixture becomes white and thick. Add then the lemon juice.

You can make several frostings with different colours: divide your frosting and colour it with the colour you want: add a few drops of food colouring.

This frosting can use to decorate biscuits, cream puffs, cakes…
