For this coloured frosting recipe, you will need:

A few drops of liquid food colouring LA PATELIERE
In a bowl, beat egg whites slightly. Add confectioner’s sugar and beat until the mixture becomes white and thick. Add then the lemon juice.
You can make several frostings with different colours: divide your frosting and colour it with the colour you want: add a few drops of food colouring.
