Preheat oven to 220°C.
Beat eggs with sugar until the mixture lightens. Add flour and baking powder. Add melted butter and orange juice. Add finally milk chocolate chips.
Set this dough aside in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. You need to have a cold dough when you put it in the preheated oven: the temperature shock will create the “bump” of the madeleine.
Butter the moulds and fill with the dough (1 tablespoon approximately).
Bake for 3 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 180°C and bake 3 more minutes.
Unmould and let cool on a rack.
