Vanilla is a must-have for every good pastry chef! Our aroma is the most intense available in your stores, and the perfect ally for flavoring your desserts and pastries. We make this flavor ourselves, thanks to a unique know-how perpetuated since 1978, in our workshops in the Gers region of France.
Suggestion
Shake before use. Keep for 1 month at room temperature after opening.
Glucose syrup, water, vanilla extract, spent vanilla beans. (Vanilla bean equivalent: 6%). Flavoring for use in foodstuffs.

How do I use it?

Add 2 to 3 teaspoons per 100 g of preparation.
