Fixantilly is a pastry aid designed to stabilize your whipped cream and prolong its hold. Practical and easy to use, it guarantees a firm, smooth cream that won’t fall apart, even in the fridge.

How do I use it?

Mix the contents of one sachet with a tablespoon of powdered sugar. Whip ¼ L of previously cooled whole cream for 1 minute. Add the Fixantilly and powdered sugar mixture and continue to whisk until you obtain a firm consistency. Chill before serving, and consume within 24 hours.
