150 ml milk

2 eggs

40 g melted butter

1 packet intensely vanilla sugar

120 g flour

1/2 packet baking powder

1 pinch salt

100 g chocolate chunks without cocoa

Top tip

Feel free to mix your dough with dark and milk chocolate chunks for an even more indulgent treat.

Let's get baking!

  1. Mix the dry ingredients and egg yolks in a bowl and let rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter.
    Add the chunks without cocoa.
  3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and add the pancake batter.
  4. To know when to flip the pancakes, wait until small bubbles form on the surface. When this happens, they are ready!
    You can enjoy them immediately or even add a caramel or chocolate topping.
