Baking soda

Description
A must-have in cooking and baking, baking soda is a natural leavening agent, but also an ally for softening pasta, making vegetables more digestible or fixing the color of green vegetables during cooking.
Suggestion
Do not exceed recommended doses: in excess, bicarbonate can leave a bitter taste. When baking, combine it with an acidic element (lemon juice, yoghurt, etc.) to activate its leavening effect.

How do I use it?

Add 1 teaspoon for 500g of flour for moist cakes.
