Description
This dry baker’s yeast is ideal for successful home-baked breads and pastries. It guarantees even growth and fluffy results with every batch.
Suggestion
After opening, keep for 48 hours in the refrigerator
Dehydrated baker’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).
May contain traces of wheat.

How do I use it?

Recommended dosage: 8 g for 500 g flour. Rehydrate yeast in 5 times its weight of lukewarm water, leave to stand for 15 min, then add to your preparation.
