Chocolate topping

Description
A delicious chocolate-tasting topping, concocted in our Gers workshops! The reason this topping tastes so good is simple: it contains no artificial flavouring or colouring, and is made with real pieces of chocolate.
Suggestion
Shake before use. Store in the refrigerator for 15 days after opening.
glucose syrup, dark chocolate ((22%) (cocoa 50% minimum): cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin, natural flavor vanilla), water, UHT liquid cream (cream (milk)), cocoa powder (10%).

How do I use it?

Pour as a topping on your desserts or incorporate into your pasta, as a pouring heart or even as a jelly. It can be heated in a bain-marie thanks to its glass jar.
