- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Line a rectangular baking pan with parchment paper.
- Gently melt the butter with the chocolate.
- Add the sugar, mix well, then let cool to room temperature.
- Stir in the vanilla paste, then add the eggs one at a time, whisking gently by hand.
- In another bowl, sift the flour, then add it to the mixture. Mix until smooth, without overworking the dough.
- Then add ¾ of the non-cocoa chunks and pour the mixture into your pan. Sprinkle the rest of the chunks over the top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the desired texture.
