- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, vigorously beat the butter, vanilla paste, and sugars.
- Then add the eggs (one at a time).
 Gradually add the flour mixture.
- Add the milk chocolate chunks.
- Form balls on parchment paper (space them well apart as they will spread).
- Place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (optional).
- Bake for 10 minutes, keeping an eye on them.
