150g sugar
150g butter
125g La Patelière almond powder
2 sachets of La Patelière vanilla sugar

600g peaches

You can adjust the amount of almond powder to suit your taste.

Let's get baking!

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix together the flour, ground almonds, sugar, and softened butter. Use a wooden spoon first, then your hands to achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. Add the chopped peaches to the bottom of your dish.
  4. Spread the mixture you made earlier on top.
  5. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
  6. It’s ready!
