Preparation of the frangipane:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Pour the frangipane mixture into a mixing bowl, then add 3.5 ounces of melted butter and 1 ounce of water.
  3. Mix until you have a smooth paste.

Préparation of the galette :

  1. Roll out the first sheet of puff pastry.
  2. Spread the frangipane mixture over it, leaving a 3 cm border around the edges.
