Then sprinkle with sugar decorations according to the theme of your event. For this recipe, we’ve used our silver pearls to add a touch of elegance! All set?

Coated strawberries :

1 sachet La Patelière white chocolate chips

La Patelière silver pearls

Fresh strawberries

Top tip

For a perfect bain-marie, place 1 to 2 cm of water in the pan and heat to full power.

Let's get baking!

1. Prepare the coated strawberries:
Place your melted chocolate in a stainless steel cul de poule and put it in a saucepan. Dip the dried strawberries in the melted chocolate and decorate with the sugar balls.

Mettez votre chocolat fondu dans un cul de poule en inox et le mettre dans une casserole. 

Trempez ensuite les fraises sèchent dans le chocolat fondu et décorez-les avec les billes en sucre.
