Chocolate hazelnut sauce

Hazelnut is the trendy flavor that appeals to young and old alike, and what a delight it is when combined with chocolate! The reason this topping is so good is simple: it contains no artificial flavoring or coloring, and is made with real pieces of chocolate softened with our natural hazelnut flavor. Made in our Gers workshops.
Its glazed texture means it can be poured over waffles, ice-creams, as a cake topping, or used to flavor a pouring heart or cream.
Glucose-fructose syrup, dark chocolate (22%) (cocoa : 50% minimum) : sugar, cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier : lecithins, natural vanilla flavouring), water, UHT liquid cream (cream, milk),cocoa powder (10%), natural hazelnut flavouring.

How do I use it?

Pour as a topping over your desserts or fold into your cakes. It’s perfect for flavoring a coeur coulant or cream. It can be heated in a bain-marie thanks to its glass jar.

After opening, to be kept 15 days in the refrigerator.
