Extra-fine Almond Flour

Our extra-fine almond flour is 100% natural. It is made from shelled almonds , which are then very finely ground to guarantee a professional quality ingredient. 125 g bag packaged in our workshops in the Gers region of France.

How do I use it?

Use in all your baking mixes and batters. Can also be used to replace all or part of the flour in your recipe. Does not require seiving.

Our advice

After opening, store in a cool, dry place for up to two weeks.
