Homemade Yogurt Bowl & Granola

A yoghurt bowl is a healthy breakfast or dessert made from plain yoghurt, fresh fruit and granola. Let us show you easy it is to make at home!



1 large mixing bowl


For the granola:

200 g oat flakes

4 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp sunflower oil

30 g La Patelière hazelnuts

30 g La Patelière almonds

20 g toasted pistachio slivers

50 g La Patelière organic dark chocolate chips

La Patelière organic raisins

For the Yogurt Bowl:
2 individual pots of fromage blanc

1 kiwi

1 banana

or seasonal fruit

Top tip

don’t hesitate to use fruit in season!


Let's get baking!

1. For the homemade granola:

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Mix the oats with the maple syrup and the oil. Add the hazelnuts, roughly chopped almonds and pistachios.

Spread the mix evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes. Mix every 10 minutes. Leave to cool and then add the chocolate chips and the raisins.

You can store the granola in a sealed container.

2. Preparing the yogurt bowl:

pour the fromages blanc into two separate bowls.

Add the homemade granola. Slice the fruit finely and use to decorate the fromage blanc. Now all you have to do is enjoy!
