Made from fruit and just the right amount of sugar, they contain no preservatives, and are available in classic and organic versions. They conserve all the natural flavour and intensity of the fruit to give your cakes, pancakes and ice creams a tangy, fruity boost. In particular, our mango and raspberry coulis recipes are almost indistinguishable from homemade!
Our chocolate and caramel toppings are all made from simple ingredients (e.g. with our own caramel) for maximum creaminess and an unforgettable and intense flavour.

Fruit coulis that actually taste of fruit
Our fruit coulis are made with a minimum of 70% fruit.
We don’t add any additives or preservatives, or cook the fruit at very high temperatures. We follow a traditional method that we have been perfecting since 1978.
